Julius Tibyangye is a Lecturer in the College of Medicine, Health and Life Sciences. He holds a Master of Science in in Medical Micro-biology from Kampala International University and a Bachelor of Biomedical Laboratory from Makerere University in Uganda. He is a registered member of Medical Laboratory Technologists with Allied Health Proffessionals Council, Ministry of Health, Uganda.
